Studio YN x Jawad El Mesmoudi
The group Studio YN – Yasmine EL KASRI and Nihad BERBEROVIĆ – and the
architecture agency Jawad EL MESMOUDI, have been chosen for designing the
innovative, avant-garde contemporary project: METROPOLITAN, combining residence,
hotel, and office spaces.
The Studio YN steadily became a reference in the real estate sector in Morocco. Studio YN was involved in the creation of several renowned residential and hotel projects including Marriott Taghazout hotel and Luxuria tower in Casa Anfa.
Jawad EL MESMOUDI architecture agency, on the other hand, is specialized in tourism and hotel design in Morocco and has contributed to iconic projects such as the Four Seasons Casablanca and Hilton Tanger City Center.
This collaboration will give life to Metropolitan while perfectly embracing to the vision of the project.

STUDIO JEAN-PHILIPPE NUEL
Jean-Philippe NUEL is an international figure of the world’s hotel industry. With an
architectural background, NUEL specializes in luxury interior architecture. His studio
counts about thirty collaborators providing knowhow for projects of private residences,
concept stores, registered offices, and cruise ships from Compagnie du Ponant.
Below are some of NUEL most iconic achievements:
– Les Hôtel-Dieu de Lyon et Marseille
– La Piscine Molitor
– La Clé Champs Elysées
– Le Cinq Codet à Paris
– Les Cures Marines de Trouville.
TP BENNETT
In designing the Canopy’s spaces, Metropolitan also relied on the expertise of the London-based award-winning architecture and design studio TP BENNETT, which has carried out more than 80 projects all over the world.
Below are some of TP BENNETT’s most iconic of achievements:
-The Cam Foundry student accommodation in Cambridge
-The Ten Trinity Square hotel in London for Four Seasons Hotel and Resort
-Stonecutter Court offices in London and the O² Headquarters
-Dartford neighborhood development
